    Yin Yoga – Gentle, Relaxing, and Beginner-Friendly

    Yin Yoga is a slow and grounding practice that focuses on long-held, passive floor poses designed to deeply stretch and release tension in the body. By targeting the connective tissues, joints, fascia, and ligaments, Yin Yoga helps improve flexibility, mobility, and circulation. Each pose is held for up to five minutes (sometimes longer), allowing your body to soften and open gradually.

    In this calming class, the soft glow of electric candles creates a relaxing atmosphere, helping you ease stress, quiet the mind, and prepare for the weekend.

    This class is suitable for all levels and especially supportive for beginners, anyone seeking deep stretch yoga, or those looking for a gentle and relaxing practice.

Step into the new Spring season feeling refreshed and renewed with the wisdom of Ayurveda, the ancient science of holistic well-being.

This interactive workshop explores how to harmonize your body, mind, and spirit with the changing energy of spring through the principles of Ritucharya — Ayurveda’s seasonal routines for balance and vitality.

As we move from winter’s heaviness into spring’s vibrant renewal, you’ll learn how to support your health by adapting your daily habits, nutrition, and self-care practices to the season’s unique qualities.

We’ll discuss the three doshas — Vata, Pitta, and Kapha — and how to maintain balance among these elemental energies to prevent seasonal imbalances such as sluggishness, allergies, or fatigue. You’ll gain practical tools and personalized insights to help you feel lighter, more energized, and in tune with nature’s rhythm.

To bring the teachings to life, participants will also create their own Spring Seasonal Churna — a custom Ayurvedic spice blend designed to balance the elements of the season. This take-home blend can be added to meals or teas to gently support digestion, vitality, and overall well-being.

    Moon Circles are gentle, heart-centered gatherings where we honor the rhythm of nature and create space
    for reflection, renewal, and connection — both within ourselves and with others.
    Led by trained facilitator Emily Bermingham, each Circle has its own theme and flow, weaving together
    guided meditation, visualization, mindful reflection, and optional sharing. Whether we’re setting
    intentions with the New Moon or releasing what no longer serves us under the Full Moon, the experience
    is designed to help you slow down, feel grounded, and leave with a deeper sense of clarity and calm.
    These Circles are not tied to any specific religion or tradition — all spiritual and cultural backgrounds are
    warmly embraced. No experience or prior knowledge is needed; simply come as you are. Every person,
    every story, and every level of openness is welcome here.

This 90-minute workshop with Liat Pisco and Beth Wolfe, weaves together a guided yoga flow, intentional reflection, a collective tarot reading, and an immersive sound bath savasana designed to help you reset and realign.

We’ll begin with a yoga flow to open the body and mind. From there, you’ll be guided through intention setting, followed by a group tarot reading which will invite you to notice the themes unfolding in your life with curiosity and openness.

We’ll close in an extended savasana accompanied by a restorative sound bath allowing the nervous system to settle.

This experience is designed to leave you feeling grounded, centered, and aligned with your next chapter. (And you’ll leave with a little gift from us).

12 Months of Reflection for Connection Journal Club with Melanie

Inspired by The Book of Alchemy by Suleika Jaouad and Atlas of the Heart by Brené
Brown, this year-long journaling workshop invites you to explore the depth and duality of
human emotion. Together, we’ll dive into different feelings each month—examining our
innermost beliefs, uncovering the layers of our experiences, and learning to embrace
the full spectrum of what it means to be human.

Each session will include a mix of guided learning, reflective poetry, or a gentle physical activity to help you connect body and mind. You’ll then receive a journal prompt to guide your writing and have the opportunity to break into small groups for discussion and sharing.

To deepen your practice, you will be given additional journal prompts to continue to explore the topic for the remainder of the month. At the beginning of each new session, we’ll take time to revisit insights and lessons from the previous month before moving forward to the next theme.

You are welcome to join a single session or commit to the full year to witness how your thoughts, beliefs, and feelings evolve over time. We’ll cover topics such as aspirations, fears, and belonging.

This is an opportunity for deep introspection to gain a better understanding of your inner world while gently challenging your current beliefs in a lighthearted way. Along with building community and being known on a deeper level.If you enjoy writing, poetry, and deep thinkin,g this is for you!

HOST:

Melanie Parks is an experienced yoga and Pilates teacher and a certified Reiki practitioner. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and brings a compassionate, holistic approach to mind–body wellness. Melanie uses poetry, and journaling daily as a way of self-reflection and navigating emotions. She hopes this workshop will spark your joy of self-discovery while in a nurturing, insightful, and healing space for you to pause, reflect, and grow together.

Boxing, 4-week series.

The 4-week series begins on March 12 and runs on March 19, April 2 and April 9 from 7:00-7:45am.

If you’ve ever wanted to learn how to box, now is the time. The 4-week Introduction to
Boxing series will teach you the fundamentals of boxing to include the proper stance,
footwork, striking, combinations, and offensive and defensive techniques.
In addition to learning boxing fundamentals, you will get a high-intensity, total body,
cardio aerobic workout while also learning self-defense skills and techniques that will
boost your self-confidence/esteem. No prior experience or equipment is required and all
fitness levels are welcome.
